This painting does not choose. It holds rage and calmness in the same frame, at the same time, without pretending one cancels the other. The colour fields underneath are orderly, almost serene. The black lines on top are not. And somewhere between the two — thin threads of gold, moving through the chaos like a quiet insistence that something beautiful is still possible.
