To paint or not to paint?

I have never thought i could paint, much less showing off my art to anyone. 

And then I moved to Barcelona, and, on a whim, I bought some cheap paint brushes and watercolours. And that was the beginning.. I don't know if it's the city that invites me to paint, to unleash my creativity, or is it that I have more free time to be creative..what ever it is, I am embracing it with gratitude and immense joy. 

This is how the project "My life in colour" started - as a way to put out there a little more colour, a little more joy. We all have our everyday battles, big or small, the world seems to go crazy sometimes, and most of the times I feel helpless. But picking up my brushes, confronting the blank paper in front of me, is my act of bravery, my way of impacting the world just a little.
